Senior Account Manager
Posted 19th July 2010A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Senior Account Manager to take responsibility for a number of current client accounts. The role will be based primarily in central London; however there will be some UK travel, when meeting both existing and potential customers.
Purpose of the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the partnerships with existing customers and for presenting their services to potential customers. The role combines relationship management with aspects of sales work.Duties
- Responsibility for managing corporate accounts, maintaining the relationship and exploring opportunities to develop services.
- Meeting customers on a regular basis, to discuss issues related to the contracts review utilisation data and explore opportunities for additional business.
- Involvement in business expansion by working with potential customers, generating proposals, delivering presentations, designing and negotiating contracts/service levels and 'closing' the sale.
- Responding to tender documentation.
- Implementing the EAP service to new customers, including delivering briefings to staff, advising HR teams and organising the design of launch materials.
- Contributing to the continued development of CiC's business and marketing strategies as well as playing a leading role in the corporate services team.
This is a strategic role requiring significant contact with a number of customer organisations. It is a proactive position protecting the customer's interests and ensuring that the overall service exceeds expectations.

Bank Counsellors for our Advice Line
Posted 5th May 2010CiC is based in Kensington and provides Employee Assistance Programmes and related psychological services to a wide range of private and public sector organisations both nationally and internationally.
Due to the growth of our business we are now looking for "bank" advice-line consultants.
This is not a permanent post, but offers the opportunity to be one of our team of bank consultants who we can call on to cover shifts at our Kensington office as and when necessary, this is often booked in advance, but can be to cover at short notice.
This is a great opportunity to gain insight into the EAP world, to have the experience of working therapeutically with clients on the phone and to work in a small friendly team, in a counselling setting.
Applicants will need to have recognised counselling or psychotherapy training, along with experience of client contact and a commercial/corporate or professional background.
