CiC is dedicated at every level to helping people and organisations perform to their maximum potential. Unlike some of our larger competitors, we enjoy an operational flexibility that enables us to provide services tailored exclusively to our client organisations.
We are constantly developing new services from our extensive range of capabilities to ensure we always meet our clients' unique needs. In fact, we rarely offer the same service to more than one organisation. The possibilities are almost endless.
The cornerstone of CiC's support for its clients is our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), Confidential Care, which offers a 24-hour Adviceline providing immediate access to emotional and practical support from trained counsellors. Alongside the Adviceline, we also run a Managerial Consultancy Line for anyone with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.

Critical Incident Support: Our specialist trauma team is on 24/7 standby, ready to provide both rapid response and ongoing medium- to long-term support in the aftermath of catastrophic events.
Business Continuity: CiC offers a range of training options and support services that can help your organisation prepare itself for the unexpected, boosting both organisational resilience and long-term sustainable performance.
Global Trauma Support: For organisations with staff spread around the world, our ground-breaking global stress and trauma package takes a powerful three-pronged approach, combining 24-hour telephone support, face-to-face clinical interventions and innovative learning and development programmes.
Mediation: We offer a range of services aimed at helping organisations prevent and manage interpersonal difficulties in order to foster more productive working relationships, build more successful teams and maximise organisational performance.
Learning and Development: Our programme consists of a suite of interactive seminars and workshops tailored specifically to the needs of each individual organisation. From stress and trauma awareness to creativity and practical wellbeing advice, we address the real issues that affect you and your organisation.
