This comprehensive and effective six-week “Fit For Work” programme has been carefully designed and evaluated to support employees returning from sickness absence due to stress and anxiety. It is also used to prevent sickness absence and to help employees proactively build resilience. The programme is delivered in variety of ways to provide flexibility:

  • Group Programme: This is a face-to-face structured programme with a maximum of 12 participants for 2 hours a week over 6 weeks, delivered on site. Participants are provided with a workbook and CD.
  • Telephone Programme: This is aimed at individuals who need flexibility and /or confidentiality, such as shift workers, off-site employees and senior managers. A dedicated coach calls at a suitable time, 1 hour a week for 6 weeks. Participants download materials and MP3s from a secure website.
  • Online Programme: This is delivered as a virtual Group Programme or part of a blended learning programme. Materials are either downloaded from a secure website or sent as hard copies.
