World Suicide Prevention Day 2017

Every year, more than 800,000 people die by suicide and up to 25 times as many make a suicide attempt.

This Sunday the 10th of September is World Suicide Prevention Day; you can find all the details on their website here.

At CiC we are aware that this difficult subject can be hard to bring up with colleagues, friends and family. We would like to remind you that our services are available 24 hours a day. Our Adviceline is a great place to start if you are concerned for someone and have questions.

If you are interested in raising awareness of World Suicide Prevention Day then please consider adding their banner to your email or webpage. They can be found in most languages here.

Please do get in touch if you have any questions about CiC and how we can work with you.

Finally, if there is anyone you are concerned about; take a minute to check in with them. It could change their life.
