‘Confidential Care’ is CiC’s expert EAP service, introduced by organisations to assist in the identification and resolution of employee concerns, which can be personal matters or work-related issues and, in some cases, can affect performance in the workplace.

‘Confidential Care’ is an invaluable resource offering employees confidential expert advice and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, it enables access to a range of counselling, legal, and other professionals, to support employees on a broad range of subjects.

CiC’s ‘Confidential Care’ EAP package offers a 24/7 helpline; up to six sessions of telephone, face to face or online counselling; legal information; financial information; health and well-being advice; and an online wellbeing portal.

It also includes additional services such as family care advice, debt counselling, the ‘Everyday Matters’ time management services and a whistleblowing service.
