Confidential Care, CiC’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), offers everyone in your organisation access to an independent, free and completely confidential telephone advice service. The Confidential Care Adviceline is staffed by highly experienced consultants who are all trained to provide practical and emotional assistance on a wide range of day-to-day issues.
Whatever your situation, our Adviceline consultants, who are fully qualified counsellors or psychotherapists, will help you clarify the issues that you are facing and, if appropriate, put you in touch with the expert help that you need. You can call as often as you like and talk for as long as you need. The calls are free of charge to users and they are completely confidential.
No problem is too big or small. Some callers may be concerned about a difficult conversation with a work colleague, others may be feeling suicidal and need emergency intervention.
