Outplacement/career transition. If you have been made redundant due to re-structuring, CiC can offer outplacement support for your transition to a new role. This can be a difficult time emotionally and also having to go through the job application process itself can leave people feeling very confused. This workshop will help you identify career options and devise an action plan. This will include resourcing jobs vacancies, career values and skills analysis, transferable skills, information on recruitment agencies, creating a CV, writing covering letters and application forms, interview practice, presentations and negotiation techniques. This service can be offered one-to-one with a specialist coach or as a group workshop for up to twenty five people.
Pre-retirement transition. This is a days course but can be structured to suit your organisations needs. This workshop looks at retirement planning, managing change, creating a new future and maintaining health. Included is expert advice and support on topics such as investing in retirement, money management, benefits and options at retirement, alternative income support, and personal taxation.
